Return & Refund Policy: The Ronin Club

At The Ronin Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium anime streetwear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Method & Process

To initiate a return, you can use our automated portal or contact us via email:

  • Self-Service: Log in to your account at                  https://account.theroninclub.in to request a return.

  • Email Support: Alternatively, contact us at support.theroninclub@gmail.com.

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail to our administrative office in Lucknow.

  • Approval Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong anime design or size), contact us immediately at support.theroninclub@gmail.com. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees (₹0).

  • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For damaged/wrong items, The Ronin Club covers all return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
