Shipping Policy: The Ronin Club
At The Ronin Club, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, 240 GSM premium anime streetwear across India. Every piece is custom-printed just for you, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
1. Order Handling & Processing Time
Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model to ensure quality, every order requires a manufacturing period before it is handed over to our delivery partners.
Standard Handling: 1–2 business days.
Note: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, provided they meet our daily cutoff.
2. Daily Shipping Cutoff Time
Cutoff Time: 9:00 AM IST
Orders placed before 9:00 AM will begin processing and manufacturing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM will begin processing on the following business day.
Exception-Fast shipping and COD(Fast shipping)
Note: Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing times.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
We offer four shipping options across India. The estimated delivery time mentioned below applies after the 1–2 business day handling and processing period.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Sundays and public holidays in India are not included in the handling or estimated transit time.

5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
We partner with trusted national carriers, including Delhivery and BlueDart, to help ensure your streetwear reaches you safely.
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact information may affect the delivery timeline.
